About this product
The SM 1226 F-DI is a fail-safe digital input module certified up to SIL 3 for connecting emergency stop devices, guard door switches and safety light curtains to a fail-safe S7-1200 CPU. Channels are monitored for discrepancy and short circuit so a wiring fault brings the safety function to a safe state. VeeTech supplies the module and delivers the safety wiring design, F-programme configuration and validation testing.
